I'd recommend find other people to practice with too, especially anyone better than you that you can study. Try learning the "Stroll" & "Crazy Sun" next. Stroll is basically the fowards half of the crazy over and over, switching sides each cone. you can do back stroll too, then just combine them, always turning in the same direction.
